MWPOA is a non-profit volunteer organization in which landlords share experiences, exchange information and help each other on all issues pertaining to owning and managing property.

     Our organization publishes a newsletter five times per year and meets the second Tuesday of September, November, January, March and May. We meet at the Moose Lodge in Marlborough, MA where guest speakers are invited to discuss issues of importance to property owners.
